Measure where it matters: at the Uhle boxes
The vacuum available at the Uhle box can differ tremendously from the vacuum produced by the pump.
Piping, (contaminated) valves and other consumers connected to the same system will influence the vacuum at every position. Therefore, if you want to check the vacuum at the Uhle boxes there is only one place to measure.
Set the vacuum
The Feltest RealVac is also a very helpful tool to set the vacuum valve on-site when there is no fixed manometer located nearly.

Detect differences between tender and drive side and see how it affects the profiles
It’s easy, quick and reliable!
CHECKING THE VACUUM AT THE UHLE BOXES
With the Feltest RealVac it is easy to compare the vacuum on both tender and drive side of the machine. Several factors can cause differences between the vacuum on both sides, like contamination inside the uhle box, but also piping lay-out and location of the valve.

Airspeed Sensor
MEASURE PRESS FELT PERMEABILITY ON THE FLY
Permeability is key to understanding your felt’s condition. The Feltest AirSpeed Sensor helps you better plan your machine downtime, use the right amount of felt cleaning agents, and troubleshoot any performance problems.
Caliper Profiler
ESTIMATES REMAINING LIFE OF FORMING FABRICS
The Feltest Caliper Profiler measures the caliper, or thickness of forming fabrics and press felts on the fly.
Caliper values help to estimate the remaining life of forming fabrics. For poorly dewatering press felts, the caliper helps to differentiate compaction, contamination and wear.
TrueSpeed Sensor
MEASURE WHAT MATTERS: SURFACE SPEED
The TrueSpeed Sensor is the fastest way to check the actual surface speed of your rolls and machine clothing – helping you easily identify speed differences caused by input errors and slipping drive rolls.
