How long Feltest keeps your personal data for

After you have purchased a product or service at Feltest, you remain in our customer base for a maximum of 2 years, so that we can inform you about changes in our products or services. Of course you can unsubscribe from this at any time. If you participate in our reader survey, we save the personal data you leave for 3 years for analytical purposes. The retention period for data depends on the purpose for which we have received or collected the data and on legal obligations to retain data. Look into, change or delete personal data

You have the right to look into, change or delete your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Feltest. In addition, you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to move the personal data that we have from you via a digital file to you or another organization appointed by you.

To protect your privacy, make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) is made black.
