Tensio+ developments

The development of the Tensio+ is currently being finalized. With excellent test results now only the on-board software needs some polishing.

 

The expected delivery date is July / August 2009.

 

 

NEW: with the Feltest CAPTO better grip during installation of paper machine clothing!

The installation of forming fabrics, press felts and dryer screens is not always an easy job. To make life of the operators just a little bit easier Feltest is currently developing a new tool to get a better grip on the fabrics so that they can be pulled into the machine easier and safer. 

The market introduction is planned for July 2009.

 

 

NEW: the FabricProfiler™ to make FULL-WIDTH caliper and tension profiles

The FabricProfiler™ is a compact 'robotic car' that can travel over the forming fabric to make full-width caliper and tension profiles. The car can also be equiped with a digital camera to visually inspect certain areas, for example with high wear or reduced tension.

 

The Feltest FabricProfiler™ can be used both in the production of forming fabrics AND in for the service department when the fabric has been installed in the paper machine. Download the brochure here.

 

 

NEW: even more new products and services!

Feltest have enhanced their product range with pressure sensitive film for nip load measurements. With the optional scanner and software it has become very easy to objectively evaluate the test results, giving a high quality impression of the press nip.
