Feltest Equipment develop and produce measuring instruments and tools for Paper Machine Llothing, like forming fabrics, press felts and dryer screens. Our instruments are used world-wide by service engineers of all major Paper Machine Clothing companies like (in alphabetical order): Albany International, AstenJohnson, Heimbach, Huyck.Wangner/Weavexx, Tamfelt and Voith Fabrics.

At Feltest Equipment, product development is done by service engineers who deal every day with the typical demands and circumstances of the paper industry. This extensive industry experience guarantees that all products are best suited for their application. Especially the instruments can have a rough life, so they are rigid, practically need no maintenance or cleaning, can be used under very wet conditions and still produce test results with an excellent accuracy and reproducibility.

THE LATEST NEWS

Feltest Equipment BV will be participating/exhibiting at the following upcoming events:

Participation Asian Paper 2010 in Bangkok a big success!

This year's Asian Paper show was held from June 16 - 18 in Bangkok, Thailand. Despite the turmoil earlier this year in Bangkok, the show has been very successful for Feltest Equipment. Many visitors, both from local and international paper mills, were pleasantly surprised to learn that there is company like Feltest Equipment BV to help them optimize the performance of their Paper machine Clothing!

 

CelPapel is Feltest's new agent in Portugal

has been appointed as Feltest's new agent for Portugal. Mr. Jorge Fontainhas and Mr. James Blades have many years of experience in the Pulp & Paper Industry and will help our Portuguese customers to improve the performance of their Paper machine Clothing as well. New production series of Capto and Tensio+ started!

The Tensio+ has a special 3 sensor system for excellent accuracy and reproducibilty of the test results, even on low tensio positions and press felts! Speaking of press felts; the Tensio+ comes with calibrations for forming fabrics and press felts so there is no longer need for conversion tables. The Tensio+ can also use a third customizable calibration for special applications like dryer screens, transfer belts or newly developed Paper Machine Clothing.

 

 

 

CAPTO: with the Feltest CAPTO better grip during installation of paper machine clothing!

The installation of forming fabrics, press felts and dryer screens is not always an easy job. To make life of the operators just a little bit easier Feltest is currently developing a new tool to get a better grip on the fabrics so that they can be pulled into the machine easier and safer.
